Das sind Deine Aufgaben
Accounting & Abschlüsse
- Vorbereitung und Mitwirkung bei Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen
- Bearbeitung laufender Buchhaltung inkl. internationaler Geschäftsvorfälle
- Sicherstellung korrekter Abbildung in DATEV
Steuern & Internationalität
- Unterstützung bei steuerlichen Themen, insbesondere Umsatzsteuer (national & international)
- Erstellung der OSS-Meldungen
- Mitwirkung bei steuerlichen Abstimmungen und Prüfungen
Controlling & Reporting
- Mitwirkung bei Budgetplanung und -kontrolle
- Analyse von Umsatz- und Kostenentwicklungen (Vertrieb & Einkauf)
- Erstellung von Auswertungen und Reports für die Bereichsleitung
- Einsatz und Weiterentwicklung von BI-Tools zur Steuerung des Unternehmens
Perspektivisch / optional
- Unterstützung bei der Überwachung von Transaktionen im Amazon Marketplace
- Weiterentwicklung von Finanzprozessen im E-Commerce-Umfeld
Das bringst Du mit
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich Finanzen, Rechnungswesen oder Steuern
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Finanz- oder Rechnungswesen
- Gute Kenntnisse im Umsatzsteuerrecht (national & international)
- Erfahrung mit Abschlüssen und Controlling
- Sicherer Umgang mit DATEV und MS Office
- Analytisches Denken, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
